Amit and Daisy Samuel

Amit is a trained Pastor and social worker Daisy his wife has three degrees in social work. Their children are Daisy and Jonathon. Amit and Daisy have an incredible heart for helping the needy in Kotdwara where they devote their lives to helping people and communities. They specifically work with the poorest of the poor, the homeless and marginalised by reaching out to those who society completely shuns and disregards. 

 

The Thomas Family

Doug, Rowena and their kids, Gulliver, Maisy and Roxy first met Amit and Daisy whilst travelling with friends on a family holiday to India in January 2013. They were impacted by the overwhelming need of the people they met in Kotdwara and felt compelled to help Amit and Daisy. When the Thomas family visited some of the villages in 2013. Since then, Doug has now visited numerous times and a special friendship and partnership between the 2 families has grown. The Thomas's live in Sydney, Australia and they are very thankful for the many people who so generously support this charity.
